Help with timetable!!
So, the elective i chose (GEO 1HA3) does not work in my timetable because one of the core classes, takes place at the same time as one of my nursing courses AND there is only one time for that nursing course gr! Therefore, i can't take the geo course at all...I'm trying to pick another elective but they are all full at the moment...So basically my timetable has no elective in it and i don't think any of those classes will open up before school starts....help?

You're supposed to check the master timetable before picking courses (https://adweb.cis.mcmaster.ca /mtt/) so you can avoid these problems. Obviously it's too late for that, but just so you know for next year
Generally, departments won't open up spots for you if you're taking the course as an elective. It can't hurt to try emailing people to try to get spots, but you probably won't have much luck. You might have to take an elective you're not at all interested in, or take a course in the summer to make up the lost credit if you only take 4 courses that term.
See what some other nursing students are taking as electives, and see if you can get into any of those courses!
I don't know what term the Geo course was in, but if it's second term, you have plenty of time for spots to open up--keep checking all the way until January! If it's first term, there's not as much time, but things can still open up.
