Hey Hun
So just a random question.

Does it bug you when people call you 'hun'?

Personally it makes me feel looked down on,
unless its being said by a little old lady.

^^ This.

Using 'sweetie' could also serve this purpose.

"Hun" is infinitely better than "babe".

I use sweetie occasionally, but it's not really in a serious way.

People as in strangers?

If that is the case, I have more problem with strangers calling me "bros"...

I prefer boss or chief...but I hate when strangers call me hun, like wtf. I mean you wouldn't call a stranger honey, so why call them hun?

Hun is the worst, the amount of sarcasm and unintentional malice smashed into a three letter word is incredible. It gives me the chills.

Sorry, I was just lurking. Thank you for asking for my opinion, PHLN! Personally, I dislike being referred to as "hun" or "sweetie." I especially dislike it when someone younger than me calls me that. I'm not one for bitchiness, but I correct them on what my name is every time.

EDIT: Also, despite spelling my username wrong and incorrectly guessing my last name and age, I appreciate you spelling "Adelle" properly. That sounds stupid, but the amount of people who spell it "Adell" or "Adele" despite the fact that they've seen it multiple times is absurd.

Hmm. I just realize you have a "l" between "a" and "h". Let me guess whats the middle name is...

Adelle Lovely Hun?

Thanks for the comment Hun.

That's a German name if I've ever seen one.

The joke is that I'm German and that's an insanely un-German name.

Oh, that's not why I laughed at it.

I guess I didn't get the joke >:(

I'm going to remove my "like" and we can pretend this never happened.
