To be honest, I don't think we've set an exact date - we've more set a number of delegates that the conference has to be capped out due to the number of rooms we have booked. I will check with the conference Director and let everyone know!

As of McMaster's Welcome Day, August 8th, we will no longer be accepting applications. NOTE** This does not mean applications have to be postmarked August 8th, this means they must be received BY August 8th. It is at this time that we must submit a student list to the residence office and we will no longer be able to make changes.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis - but there is definitely still room so do not be discouraged in applying - we have many more spots and want you all to apply!

Yup! Just bring your completed application (ALL 3 PAGES) as well as payment, and as long as there are spots left, you can register. Incomplete apps cannot be processed.
If you are really keen on coming though, I do suggest sending in your apps ASAP and not waiting till Welcome Day. We definately have a few spots left but they are filling up on a daily basis...

We will also have forms available on Welcome Day as long as you have all of your information needed for the forms (health card number, etc.).
And YES, you will be receiving a list of what to bring, etc. Don't worry! There are still 2 weeks left!

Hey David...not to worry, you will find PLENTY of items in your dorm room to make the toga All you need is:
1) A bedsheet
2) Some creativity!
You can bring a sheet from home if you want... Toga-creating experience not needed
