Horizons. Is it to late?
Is it too late to sign up for Horizons? I can't find any of the registration forms on their website or deadlines. The only one I have is in a brocheur that got sent to me but i remeber seeing form B and C a while back on the site.

The registration link has been taken down on the MSU website... so I would assume it's too late. But you can always e-mail them.
