I've heard about the "roommate-telling-everyone-they're-doing-fine-but-is-failing-HARDCORE-and-needs-to-exercise-power-on-others-in-order-to-feel-good" type... Ignore it. Move. And whatever you do: Ignore the estrogen. Ignore completely. If you're cleaning up after yourself, doing your work, and minding your business, that's a 100%-housemate. If they're really as bad as you think, whether all housemates agree or not, one day, it will be realized by a majority.

Tell your friends that you don't like the guy, tell them your reasons (legit reasons, not "he lied about his grades"), and tell them you don't want to live with him next year. If they agree, great. If not, find new roommates. You can still be friends with the other guys, just don't live with them if they're set on living with the douchebag.
If you're right about this guy, they'll find out eventually. People always do. And if you're wrong, you can still be friends with them regardless.
