Title says it all? I would assume so, right? I just applied for my minor (one day late), what are the chances it will be in the program? I doubt it will be since it will take time to process the application, huh?

At my convocation, they listed everyone, whether they were there or not. Also a whole slew of awards, even for people who weren't graduating at all.

Okay, so which is it? Two contradictory posts.
Edit: I read something that says your name will appear in the program with an asterisk and footnote saying, "Graduated With Distinction."

That's the downside of asking on MI. You'll get contradictory posts - nothing on here is official. I obviously stand by the information in my post, but I don't know where kotton got their information.
The "Graduated with Distinction" thing is totally different. Graduating with distinction means you graduate with a GPA of 9.5+. It has nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not you attend the ceremony.

I know that, and I did (says so on Grade Report). Since I graduated with distinction, won't my name be in the program?

Based on my own graduation experience, your name will be in the program regardless of whether or not you graduated with distinction. The only difference is the asterisk.
