i know that international students DOES NOT get osap...

however, my friend told me that some do? is this truee?

I am pretty sure that international students do not get osap, however you should see someone from financial aid and scholarships about it. There are certain awards available to international students, and they may know more information about what could help you (I'm assuming you're an international student).

Also, try studentawards.com if you haven't looked there before.
