Does anyone know how these kinesology courses are like?
Is the workload really heavy, can students achieve a double digit grade if put enough effort?

Any comment would be appreciated

I took 3V03 this summer and got a double digit grade. The biggest part of the course is your group project, which takes most of the semester, but it's more planning/coordinating times to meet rather than tons of effort. I loved the material and the prof is great, so it didn't seem like work to go to class.
