Just one more question:
Would I be able to take enough electives to permit me to be in Kinesiology and learn about neuroscience and chemistry (not biochemistry, just general chemistry) as well? Or would I not have enough room for chemistry?
I'm not sure what courses upper level psych requires (possibly bio...? anyone?)

You'll have 6 out of ten courses throughout your four years as kin courses, plus Math 1LS3, plus an additional stats course. So during your four years you have room for 14 electives, if you don't take summer courses.

That should be enough to study for one minor and some electives in another subject. Add a summer or two and you could easily take your fill.
