I'm taking Math 2R03 (Linear Algebra II) next year and it's offered either term 1 or 2 with Professor Kolster teaching 1st term and Professor Haskell teaching 2nd term. I did a brief search on both profs and their seem to be some extremely negative reviews online for Kolster and okay to average reviews for Haskell.

I'm not sure to what degree these reviews can be trusted given different learning styles, people feeling victimized for their own poor work, or whatever biases come up for each student, but it's hard to ignore that many bad reviews. Does anybody have experience with these professors for any class and is able to shed some light on their teaching style? It'd be super appreciated!

Not as good as Nicas, but go with Haskell. Too bad I had to take it first term because of conflict. She did pretty well for my first year Calculus courses (couldn't wake up 8:30 for Mclean's)

It's all up to you actually if you want to take courses that requires 2R03 like 2S03 or 2T03 (usually offered only 2nd semester).
