McMaster Language Buddies is an MSU club dedicated to helping you discover different languages, traditions and cultures. The club will be offering weekly language sessions that will be organized by student facilitators.There will be no membership fees in joining the club and the language sessions will also be offered for free. We are happy to announce that we will be offering more than 10 languages for this school year.

First General Meeting
Date: September 15th, 2014 at 6:30PM
Where: IAHS 359).

The general meeting is where you will find out more about McMaster Language Buddies, meet some of the tutors and execs for this year and sign up for language sessions.

P.S. light refreshments will be served throughout the meeting.

Want to teach a language?

We are also recruiting for facilitators that are able to teach one of the following languages:

French, Italian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, German and Korean

MLB Tutor Responsibilities
• Holding sessions (1 – 1.5 hours) at least once per week
• Coordinate a poll at the beginning of the term in order to arrange the schedule for the term

A good candidate for this position would be someone who:
• Has previous experience in teaching (asset, but not required)
• Has a passion to teach and is knowledgeable in the language they will be teaching

Time Commitment: 1 – 2 hours per week
