Just saw the link for this on the webct login page. It supposed to replace webct. Was wondering what the difference between them is.

Here is what the McMaster Daily News has to say about the switch from WebCT to ELM:

From my understanding, it seems like ELM has more options than WebCT. So we will be able to do more things and have access to more information on ELM.
