Life Sci 2B03 vs Bio 2B03
Does anyone know if there are any differences between these 2 courses?
I know certain upper level courses req. Bio 2B03. Would life sci 2B03 be able to supplement the requirement?

Thanks

Yes, Bio 2B03 is cross-listed with Life Sci 2B03

For example, if you were to take Bio 3B03, the prerequisites are: One of BIOLOGY 2B03 (or MOL BIOL 2B03) or LIFE SCI 2B03 or ISCI 2A18; and BIOLOGY 2D03

Cross-listed means it's the exact same course (most of the time). So people taking Bio will be in the same class as those taking Life Sci. The reason they separate the course like this is to allow the saving of seats for those who's programs require the course.
