Im not in life sci, but is anyone willing to part with BIO 1A03 L09-->L16 (wendsdays) in semester one? I curently have L06 (Tuesday), and I know that many of both the thursday labs and tuesday labs are still open, as I am on SOLAR right now? If you wanna switch or know someone who will be dropping one of those labs please PM me.

Thanks

If its a conflict with another course I'm sure you can email your faculty and get a spot opened up for you, but if your changing for personal preference than you wait for someone to drop.

I only have L06 open.

I think its a malfunction that students are currently locked into the labs they were originally sectioned into. 90 labs all being full? That doesn't make sense. If you switch over to tutorials before labs, you'll notice that several tutorials are free but you can't choose any of them because if you do, you'll eventually have your Cores/Labs/Tutorials reset when you go to choose the other components.

So, I think we just wait.
Hang in there people, we'll make it out alive.

...
I want Pippa Lock but am prepared to compromise on not getting it.
Right now I have so many conflicts because I picked the other cores I wanted and the L06 interferes with that. I will not let them go.

I think they should probably have this fixed by Monday. Not being able to switch labs but tutorials seems like a gross mistake.

Id suggest just going into SOLAR whenever you have a chance. Spots open up randomly and if your lucky you will get what you want.

It'll open up soon guys! I, on the other hand, can't seem to find a spot anywhere for the lab, apparently all the monday morning ones aren't showing up :(, and I can't fit them anywhere else :(!

Same thing with me. I called, and they said that Chem was eliminating the Monday morning labs. It's too bad....Monday morning labs would've worked perfectly in my schedule.

Remember that a lot of people might drop Chem 1AA3 before January. So if you don't get to switch now, you may be able to before second term starts.

Oh my, that's horrible! I have nowhere else to fit it :S. Should I just leave the conflict as it is until 2nd semester? Or contact the department (I can't even find the email for the chem department :() Grr >.<

You might as well check every day until school starts. When class starts Jeff Lundry (I think that's his name) the lab coordinator, will ask everyone with Monday labs to see him to fix it. That's what he did last year anyways. It's funny how they made the same mistake as last year.
