Life Science 3B03 Question

Just wondering for anyone who has taken this course before, in terms of the papers that Dr. Ullal posts for us to read, how much detail will be tested on? I went through and read the two so far which are quite lengthy and a bit abstract/confusing but I highlighted some key points which corresponded to what was said in lecture and the main points of the article. Will this be enough? Or will he be asking specifics on methods and such? Thanks for any help!
