Life Science Course selection
Im wondering if some one can help me with this,
im selecting life sci as my major and need to complete 9 units from LIFE SCI 2B03, 2C03, 2D03, 2EE3, 2F03, 2H03. Im really not a person that chooses courses based on interest, im more of a "bird" hunter. Im wondering
1) if theres any point take cell bio as compared to 2C03 or 2D03 becuase they have no tutorial component (just lectures).
2) If all the requirements for life sci pertain to second year courses, than are we in third and forth year allowed to take watever we want.
3) One of the other life sci requirement is taking a course called research methadologies (prof DEJ,K) is this course brand new?.
Thanks

I recommend you take life sci 2A03 research methodologies because most if not all third year life sci courses require it.
3 courses from the life sci courses will suffice the 3rd year life science coureses prereqs as well as some 3rd year bio courses.

Cell Biology is a prerequisite for many upper year courses, it's important to take and it's fairly easy anyways.

If you have some spare computers and people you should do what I did and have multiple people spamming your login onto MUGSI. I got in within 4 minutes doing that.

I'm sad that I can't join in on all the fun. Due to my deferred exams, I'm not in a program yet and have to wait for my grades to appear. It sucks! :(

Hey
I was wondering how life sci 2A03 is? What is the level of difficulty and the gist of the course?
Thanks

Life Sci 2A03 is a new course so nobody is really able to give you a good indication of how hard the course is. But it's taught by Dr. Dej, who is one of the best profs I've had at Mac, so it must be good.
