Likewise.
"Bad Gateway

Is this actually a real error message or is it something written to lul at students? "upstream server"? Really? CS people enlighten me

upstream server is just a server located higher in the hierarchy of servers, so just its "master".

You might be able to check SOLAR (I don't know if it's down as well), it should say which core you're in.

Timetable works for me now, it just took like, 5 minutes to load.
MUGSI is giving me the "IM OVERLOADED WAAAAAAAH" horseshit though.

I was able to double check (I had the image saved from before, but I hadn't made sure nothing had changed) using maccess.mcmaster.ca but not using mugsi.mcmaster.ca.

I've tried to pull up my courses through the master time table, but after I click find all that appears are the column headings with no courses below it, is this happening for everyone or did I do something wrong somewhere?

MUGSI won't load, and the Time Table thing (right before you log into MUGSI) gives me an error. Don't know what SOLAR is.

Yeah, why would night classes not take place?

I understand that printing off or saving a copy of my schedule would have been a good idea, that being said, MUGSI is a crucial service to ALL students and the fact that it would go down during such an inconvenient time simply makes it seem as though the school's IT department is either trolling all of the students or is simply incompetent.

It is up now.
I do agree, no matter what happens, MUGSI is a crucial service that should be maintain a lot better. Not even that, what the hell is this?

even though a student strike sounds like a great idea, it wont really matter much since the university has already received the fees for the year. so it would be our loss if we decide to go on the strike. when a faculty goes on a strike its again our loss as students. I doubt if the university really cares about producing geniuses and listening to their concerns. Education system in general seems like a money-making business to me.
btw yeah mugsi is still down. but you can access the timetables now.
