Looking for informal help with equipment at the Pulse
Hey there.
I'm looking to incorporate resistance and weight training into my exercise regimen, but I'm not sure how to best use the resources available at the Pulse. I'm hoping to find a friend who can informally show me how to lift weights and use the other strength/resistance equipment with good form. I know this is something a personal trainer could do, but that's not financially feasible for me right now.
If you have an hour or two to spare in the next couple of weeks and could help me out, I'd be super happy!
