Looking for a parking spot for upcoming school year

Hey guys,

I usually park at a friends house on emerson during the year, but he has now moved out. Is anyone looking to rent out there driveway? The only condition is that I must be guaranteed a parking spot at all times, i don't want to attempt to park and not be able to for whatever reason (other house mate cars already there etc.)
