Looking for a UBC Student Forum..
Hey,

I'm going to Vancouver this summer for a research position on the UBC campus.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a forum for UBC students (like this one) where I can ask questions regarding finding a place to live near UBC, places to visit while there, tips/pointers, nightlife, etc..?

Nope. Most universities don't have anything similar, according to our research.

If there is something put out by the school it's heavily regulated...

During XEROX's McMaster Start Up Challenge, myself and another Mac student suggested an inter-university linked student forum network. They declined our business proposal. Just some food for thought.
