So I have lost my room key, Mac ID, etc...

I have a replacment key for 3 days and then my lock will be changed if I don't find my stuff.

Where do I report this etc? How can I maybe find my stuff?

go to the manger of your residence and talk to her and tell her you lost your mac ID stuff and she'll allocate you to the right places

Student card = Registrar's office, costs 35 dollars to create.
Keys = They should be able to make you a new one if needed at the Service Desk of your respective building
Access Card = Service desk. Costs 25 dollars. If you find it later, at any time, and return it, they refund half.

At a very hefty price. If you lose your keys, they have to replace the entire lock on your door as well as making you (and your roomate, if you have one) brand new keys.

sagar35, go to Security Services at the E.T Clarke Center near Mary Keyes and Thode and see if your lost keys and cards are in the Lost and Found there. Also, fill out a lost form at http://security.mcmaster.ca/lost_found_report.htm l so that if they turn up there, they'll contact you ASAP.

Dont forget to disable your meal plan if you have one, just incase some one finds it and decides to have a giant meal at your expense, you can always re-enable it later

Did you happen to lose it Friday? My friend mentioned how they found a bag with a wallet and everything outside on the grass, and they took it to Commons res desk.
Good luck. 3 years ago I lost my keys/access card/student card on the Go bus, but last minute was able to pick them up from Union station.

Also if you want to have access to your meal plan until you get a new card/find your old one just talk to one of the ladies who work at commons and they'll get you a temporary meal card.

I lost my keys in first year...... had to pay 160 dollars :(
