So woman was created for the man. Nice.

And one of the all time favourites:

Please be careful when quoting from the bible.
Sorry I am a little confused with your relevance of this to "What is love"?

The original quote concerning “love” was a direct quote from the bible. I find the source suspect when the same source suggests that women were only brought into being "for the man” and also that wives should submit to their husbands, because the husband is the “head of the wife.”

So do they “truly know” what love is?

Or is that how “love is” under those conditions?

you can take any text and put it in any context you want to. i could flip your quotations and point out that a husband "being the head like christ is the head" implies he should emulate christ's actions, and then ask what did christ do for the church? sacrificed himself. and about the woman being made FOR man you can point out verses where it can be interpreted that she's a helper for him - aka he can not do it alone. sure the bible and church in general are traditionally misogynistic, i am defending neither... but then women couldn't vote until the early 1900s so speaking of context... why let that mar the sentiment of the verse and the intention of the poster?

It's called "Nice guy." if you actually entered "nice guy finish last" you will totally get a random song
