I don't know what happened but I can't seem to access my mac id and mugsi.
I was able to access it before, I actually got my courses picked and confirmed my payment method through solar. The day after that, I was trying to access mugsi by logging in to my mac id. I typed in my mac id and password, but when I hit submit, it wouldn't open another browser for mugsi like it did before. The mac id login page will load after I hit submit and it will load to the same page.
I don't know what to do. PLEASEE HELPPPP.

If it doesn't open another browser then it might be due to pop-up rules. Check your browser settings, if not then contact McMaster on monday.

I did allow pop-ups, but it still doesn't work.
When I hit the submit button in the MAC ID Login page, the submit button changes to 'authenticating'. - it seems like its loading but it does not lead me to mugsi.

So you open MUGSI, the login page pops up and you log in. When it says authenticating, well... that's what it's doing. The MUGSI page that you opened should then load into the FIPPA page.

is maccess the same as macid login ?
i tried logging in using the same username and password for my macid but it won't let me.

Yeah, the portal is the same. Does it say anything, if so can you copy paste please? Better yet, if you can screenshot and blur out any personal information.

okay, so i login using my mac id




i hit the submit button




once i hit the submit button, it changes to "authenticating", but no other window/pop ups appear.



i allowed my pop ups, dnt know why this is happening.
i had no problems logging in or anything until july 07, the day after i finished picking my courses and confirming payment.
i tried logging in yesterday, and i couldn't that's why i posted this thread. then for some odd reason, it did work last night as i continued trying.
i tried accessing it today but it doesn't work again.

okay so i login using my username and password.




it wouldn't let me. it says "incorrect password or account name"



but im pretty sure i got my username and password right.

Not sure what's wrong... maybe try cleaning your browsers (i.e. deleting cookies, clearing cache, etc...) and if that doesn't work try using IE.

Hmmm, do you have Java and is it updated?

Try another browser. Also, make sure the browser you are using is fully up-to-date. As a final note, as posted above, you can try wiping your systems cookies/history/etc. Former>>Latter.

i downloaded java and i did restart firefox browser but it still doesnt work.
i also cleared cookies. :S
