Magic Trick Of 111! It Works!
Last two digits of your birthyear + whatever age you are going to be this year (or already are this year if you had your birthday in 2011) = 111

Try it on anyone who is still alive. No dead people. It works.

For me: 91 + 20 = 111
HUGH JACKMAN: 68 + 43 = 111

Edit: The end result will always end with "11". "111" for anyone born before 2000 and "211" for anyone born before 1900. Etc. No matter what, you will get a number that ends in 11, and it will be either 11, 111, 211, 311, etc. Try it.

That everyone gets 111 as their answer. It's a magic trick.

My little cousin is 4, she'll be 5 this year: 06+5 = 11

I think your trick just failed....

You still got 11. Okay, so the end result is you get "11" no matter what, but the additional 1 is added if they were born before 2000...

I tried it on dead people and I got 211 for charlie chaplin. Hence the "11".

Last two digits of your birthyear and the age you are supposed to be in 2011. Troll harder.

EDIT: Read the first post properly, people.

LAST TWO DIGITS. '91, '87, '47, etc. + The age you are supposed to be in 2011. I am 19, but supposed to be 20 in 2011. Therefore, 91+20 = 111

That's pretty much the exact same thing he just said.

Yes, you will ALWAYS get an answer in the 100s because we use increments of a 100 when counting years using the last 2 digit method.

I don't know the technical terms, but that's the jist of it.

Yay basic math.

How is this a trick? If you did it last year, everyone would end up with 110, in 2009 it'd be 109, etc...
