Mail
I was wondering how we receive mail on campus? Is there a place to pick it up and what do we do if we have a subscription to a magazine?

I have one and would love to be able to receive it on campus.

Thanks guys!

Actually, the postal codes are different for different residences: http://www.mcmaster.ca/bms/BMS_PR_Mail_Services. htm

They should give you something when you move in with how to write your mailing address depending on what res you live in. I was in LP too and I remember getting something

That's the right postal code. I got it from Housing's website.

I'm not sure why they have conflicting information, then, but it's the mail dept's website, so it should be legit :S Regardless, you'll probably get something when you move in.

All the other residences are 4M6 except for Les Prince. My best guess would be that mailing didn't update their website since Les Prince was built.

Thanks everyone for all your help! So the postal code that I should use is L8S 0A1?

And what do I put for Mailbox#? Is that something I'll be given when I get to school?

Yup, they'll give you your mailbox number when you go to pick up your keys on move-in day.
