Hey guys! Few quick questions for regarding the elective Mandarin course at Mac
I'm a first year student and I'm leaning towards choosing Mandarin as an elective however the course description says it's for people with no prior knowledge in the language; I speak Mandarin at home will I be allowed to take this course? How does Mac check if anyone has prior knowledge in the language..?
I really want to learn to write so I'm really hoping I can take this course...
Also for anyone who has taken this course how in depth is the course and what is it focused on? I mainly want to learn how to write....
Oh I'm going to throw a side question in here is psychology a useful first year elective? I see almost everyone choosing but personally I'm not very enthusiastic about all the memorization... but I feel like I should take it if it's useful
