How many times do you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom?

How many times do you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but anyways... minimum 2 times here. Can get crayzay and go up to 5 sometimes within an 8 hour period. What's the average for you folks?
Also, another question could be how many times do you wake up in the middle of the night in general?

Usually never. I even get really dehydrated at night, i usually go through 1-2 waterbottles per night and never have to pee until i wake up in the morning.

Waking up 5 times within an 8 hour period to go to the bathroom isn't normal. You should let a doctor know and get their opinion because it can sometimes indicate certain conditions/disorders/diseases. Not to scare you or anything, but always better to get checked out.

Occasionally, once to answer both your questions. But I know people that get up to pee a lot at night, like around 3 times. Also, I don't drink a lot of water/liquids in general which is probably why I don't wake up to go to the bathroom lol.

I've probably gotten up to go to the washroom in the middle of the night like 10 times in my whole life. For the most part, I feel that when I'm asleep I don't exist anymore until I wake up.

At least two times, usually more. I can't drink any liquids past 6pm or I will be up all night.
I drink a lot of diet Pepsi during the day, so I'm sure that makes it worse.

I wake up like once every night to go to the washroom. However, I wake up alot due to other reasons. Like a bad dream, or something else.
