Well this has happened for two days now..the repair man came last week to install a new net (since i had 30 fruit flies in my room) and another individual came to insert weather strip.

for the second straight day, I've had a little less sleep due to my window "whistling"..I unlatched my windows and the whistling stopped..however, i got a stuffy nose cause of the cold air circulating my room (the window didnt open but more cold air came in, than usual)

Should I contact housing about this? I think they're just going to laugh and tell me to "deal with it"??
