How many times do you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom?

Interesting question LOL . I usually wake up in the middle of the night to go the washroom on average 2 times every night. In general, I really don't wake up in the middle of the night.

its just a habit and is all in your head. its like snacking, the more you give in to your cravings then the stronger they become. if you just ignore it (assuming you dont drink gallons before bed) then after a few days you wont need to go much or at all. laziness wins!

Haha the funny thing about this thread is that I woke up last night to go to the washroom, but that's because I drank like a liter of water before going to sleep. Usually I never wake up before my alarm goes off.

I rarely ever wake up to use the bathroom, and if I do it's only ever once.

Waking up for sex, on the other hand...that's an entirely different story. And I don't have to stay out of bed, so I stay warm. Woo!
