The McMaster Marauders have received a great deal of attention since capturing their first Vanier Cup national football championship last week in Vancouver. Oakville MPP Kevin Flynn recognized the team in the provincial legislature Wednesday, saying, "It's a pleasure today to rise and congratulate the McMaster Marauders football team on their dramatic Vanier Cup triumph and for returning the trophy to the province of Ontario."

the oakville guy said something cause some of the players on the team are from oakville,not quite sure how he beat the hamilton mpps to the punch though (btw Hamilton itself has like 3 Mpps)
