Could someone please go to the master timetable for Math 1A03 and tell me who is teaching C03.

I can't figure it out but I'm guessing if there is nothing listed its the same teacher as above (to avoid repetition)

Not all professors are listed yet. Not sure why, perhaps because they haven't been assigned yet.

Are profs missing every year? (is this normal lol)

and

Will all the professors be assigned by the time we have to enter our courses in late june?

Yea you don't have to worry about that. They make arrangements before classes start.

They are still making changes. By august, or early september, everything will be finalized, dont worry.
