Math 1A03. C02.
I wonder who was teaching that because Grasselli is no longer listed on the Master Timetable...

Isn't Grasselli the young one? I was really excited to have him. People say good things about him.

:(

Oh wait. We don't even have a professor anymore. :O

I think I'd be more comfortable around Grasselli due to the reviews.
Pedroza's timings are too late for my liking.

I wonder who's going to teach it.

I wonder if the core is cancelled, or they're looking for someone else to teach it right now. I really wanted Grasselli. Gah.

They are probably looking for someone else to teach it. It would be horrible for them to cancel it... that's a lot of students that needs to find a new course. Plus there are students who require the course for their program.

I hope he ends up teaching it anyway or we get an amazing Grasselli equivalent.

You have two...both Predroza and Lozinski are stellar professors. (: Pedroza simply hasn't had any reviews yet (but I can give you word of mouth that he's awesome...I'm not just being nice either, I loved having both profs)

I'm like 99% certain he is still teaching the course. This is far more official than the course timetable:

Thanks Mike
Who do you think breaks things down the most?

Edit: After reading your post Mike I looked at my schedule, seeing if I could switch it around to schedule Pedroza in. I realised I'd be running between BSB & CNH and once from CNH to ITB so I don't think it's the best option for me.
I hope it works well for the rest though as I'm sure it will
Thanks

Didn't mention anything. This is a bit depressing.

Cheri are you going to buy Calculus 6e or 5e?
Dr. Lozinski told me that any edition was acceptable provided we also got the webassign stuff and we found corresponding problems and things.

I haven't looked at the books I need yet, but I'll probably buy the newest one. Or I'll buy the one that the professor who writes the exams/midterms uses.

What do you mean, "find corresponding problems?" :O Sounds like a lot of self studying. xD

Like if he assigns Problem 6 on pg. 1578, you find the corresponding type of problem in your copy which may be Problem 1, Page 1.
I think with Webassign it may be easier *to go new...I don't know.

I actually never used my book to find the actual problem in the book. I did use it to find the corresponding material to learn how to do problems but you can easily use the index or even the table of contents for that.

I think it's more for when recommended problems are assigned. When you study for tests and exams it'll be hard to find similar questions.
