Math 1c03
http://registrar.mcmaster.ca /calen...8/crs_1658.htm

I don't understand the requirements for MATH 1C03.

Am I supposed to take MATH 1AO3 (I plan to accept my offer for Business) MATH 1B03 and MATH 1C03?

I struggled with Vectors (I did the course online) but the Calculus portion of Grade 12 MCV 4U went well.
Should I still consider taking the courses?
I'd like to pursue Math throughout university.
Any and all feedback would be wonderful.

"Prerequisite(s): One of Grade 12 Calculus and Vectors U, Grade 12 Geometry and Discrete U, MATH 1D03 or 1F03; and credit or registration in MATH 1B03"

Not quite sure why they didn't update it, even in the newest calendar. All this means is that you have taken calculus in grade 12 highschool, if you haven't you can take Math 1D03 or 1F03 as a replacement. On top of that you have to be taking or have taken Math 1B03.

EDIT: I wrote out a lengthy post here, but I think I should ask a question and give you a more refined answer.

Before I can give the proper advice, I'd have to ask how high you want to take your math. Taking it purely for interest? Major? Minor? (Don't worry about knowing exactly, just ballpark it)

Do you want to go beyond 2nd year and take some 3rd year courses? (Math drastically changes in 3rd year) Or would you be happy just filling the basic requirements for a minor? (Meaning take year 1 and 2, and a few 'easier' 3rd year courses)
