Well 1LS3 is good to take but getting to that course in 2nd term is hard...since they will accomodate science students first on their listing before any other students. Good luck tho!
I have been told my third year Commerce students that they never used anything specifically from 1M03, and that what they needed for any classes was Econ and was what was covered in 1F03.

I would recommend taking 1MO3. It is the class I took. If you get Clements again trust me it won't be that difficult. Like everyone else is saying you just have to stay on top of the practice questions. If you are having any difficulties just make sure you show up to tutorials. If you don't like how your T.A explains it then try sitting in on a different tutorial or visiting Clements on her office hours. Overall it wasn't extremely difficult to grasp the concepts since her lectures and slides are very easy to follow. And we had the opportunity to drop 1 out of the 3 tests. I don't know about 1LS3, but like it was stated before there is limited space and preference goes to science students. And you do use knowledge from 1MO3 in Econ 2XO3 for sure, although 1LS3 probably teaches that as well.

Does anyone know what is the style for exam of 1F03? All M/C or same style as the tests?

I don't see it being all multiple choice. It will likely be similar to the tests.

As a university math course, 1m03 is a joke. Do not switch out of it, just do your homework and the practice tests. 1M03 does not cover many topics in 1LS3 including trig (sin cos tan). I think anyone will agree that from that alone, 1m03 is easier.

Avoid Moore... He goes so slow it's unbearable. He put me to sleep in 1K03.

I have Moore for 1k03 right now and kudos is pretty much spot on in saying he goes really slow like reaalllllllllllllllly slow (pause) but some students prefer that because he always gives in depth and thorough explanations for the example questions and ensures everyone has a basic understanding of the material before moving on. Personally, I haven't attended a lecture in quite some time and I'm just following up with the homework assignments he posts online. It can be a bit tiresome knowing that he's going to spend an entire lecture on just 1 question although like I said earlier, some students prefer that.

I also have Moore for 1m03 next term since I don't mind him and it's more of a scheduling issue than a prof preference since I'm most likely going to end up learning through the textbook or via a couple of websites that have math tutorials (like patrickjmt.com) anyway.

Just take 1M03 so you follow the rest of the Commerce stream. Its not like your first year calculus mark actually matters.
