Math 1ZB3
Hi,
There are tutorials for both Math 1ZA3 and 1ZC3, but there are none for 1ZB3. Anyone know why?

There are actually no tutorials for 1ZC3, it's just a lab where you can go if you want to work on the assignments (it's optional.) Unless things have changed since last year of course.
Since 1ZB3 and 1ZC3 are both in second semester there's enough class time not to need tutorials.

And there's no need for 1ZB3? Thanks for the 1ZC3 info though. =]

Math 1ZB3 is an incredibly easy class. It's learning the different ways of integrating functions, and it touches on practical applications where you would use integration (like statistics and hydrostatics).
I only got one question wrong between all three midterms (they were easy), and I don't know about the final but I still got a 12 (it was easy too).
Make sure you have Childs for this class. And for 1ZC3, try and get McLean, even if it means going to a really early class.

If you could only pick Childs or Mclean for one math course (between 1ZB3 and 1ZC3) which would you pick? I can only have them for one because another course's tutorial will conflict : /

I meant more so which math course would require the better teacher? Having dual childs/childs or mcleans/childs etc would conflict with a different course, so i'm going to have to have Wang or Zhao as a math teacher, the question is which prof for which course.

childs imo is always better lecturer in a logical sense. he goes somewhat slow goes through very good examples and explanations. mclean does it in a down to earth relaxed style. imo go to childs for lecture and mclean/ben mares for 1on1 help
