can i bring my own mattress? and if i can, what do i do with the one provided for me?

Yes you can bring your own mattress, but you have to keep the other one in the room. So pretty much put the other one under your bed.

Not all beds in res hav space for you to put stuff under (as in they are not elevated at all), so you mite have to lean it against a wall or double up the mattress. I would suggest you wait until you move in so u can assess what your room is like before bringing in another matress, or consider just bringing in a mattress pad.

yeah only like LP n MK have elevated beds that i remember, wut ppl did last year is bring the old mattress home n right be4 res ends u switch it up

If you live in a double you can see if your roommate wants to sleep on 2 mattresses. They aren't thick at all so if anything it'll be softer.
