McMaster Frontline
Hey all,

You may have no idea what the Frontline is, or you may have recalled my previous article on faculty publications (http://www.macinsiders.com/showthrea...ing+i nvolved ), in which I mentioned the Frontline.

Anyways, I am one of the Frontline's editors this year (on top of all the writing I do for MacInsiders!), and thus I am campaigning for more contributers. If you are interested, check out our website: http://www.macsocsci.com/modules/xt_...index.php?id=4. Additionally, you can check out our Facebook group: http://mcmaster.facebook.com /group...d=2229246 413 And you don't HAVE to be a Soc Sci student to write for us, we like people from ALL FACULTIES!!

There actually is a point to this thread (other than shameless promotion!).

Firstly, copies of the September issue are still available on the stand beside the MSSS office, located in KTH 101A.

Secondly, the Frontline is running a contest! Do you have any crazy pictures of you on Facebook? Send them to us! The person(s) with the craziest pictures will win some sweeeeet Soc Sci swag! For contest details consult the website, Facebook group, or contact us (the editors) via email at [email protected] .com

Cheers!

hello friends!

it is officially hounding time from your friendly neighbourhood Frontline editors! we are in need of submissions for our second issue!

information you need to know:

- YOU DON'T NEED TO BE IN SOC SCI
- this issues theme: exploration...which can be taken in many ways! write something about it!
- deadline for submissions: NOVEMBER 1st
- other stuff you can write about: the election, political issues, issues one faces as a mac student, poetry, creative writing, editorials, articles adapted from course material...really ANYTHING goes.

cheers! and as always, if you have questions please send them to [email protected] .com

- Danielle

Hey everyone;

Just a friendly message from your friendly neighbourhood Frontline editor. The second edition of the Frontline is available for pickup at the stands by the MSSS office (KTH 101A). If I do say so myself, this is the best edition of the Frontline out so far.

Please pick up a copy and check it out!
