Hello Everyone!

McMaster Language Buddies is currently looking for new execs for the following positions for term 2 and 2015/2016 academic year.

Secretary (1) - Keep the minutes of all official meetings and be responsible for all correspondence of the club via email or Facebook, remind other exec of the deadline, take meeting minutes, sending minutes after meetings, room bookings updating official mailing list.

VP Promotions (1) - Maintaining an active presence in the McMaster community by using various mediums of advertising (Facebook, Posters, Residence Information System, Macinsiders, Website)

VP Fundraisings (2): Responsible for all fundraising initiatives, which will occur at least once per month (bake sales, raffles, auction, outside organizations)

VP Events (2): Responsible for all the events that the club holds (social movie nights, potluck, execs and tutors social night)

** All executive members must attend all meetings (general meetings and bi-weekly exec meetings)
