McMaster Residence Green Team First Meeting!
We are a group of primarily residence students whose main objective is to educate students living in residence about local and global sustainability issues as well as how to live a more sustainable lifestyle.
We have been responsible for such initiatives as the Residence Wide Energy Challenge, our guest speaker event entitled “Is it too late?” and the panel discussion we lead last year on the sustainability of service learning called “Are we really making a difference?”.
Our first meeting of the year will be this Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 8pm in the Les Prince Conference Room, which is room 109. We invite you to come and learn a little more about the group, meet some new people and see what is in store for the MRGT this coming year!
