Hey there, I was thinking of taking this course as well. This is the first year it's being offered.

Here's the course outline I've found: http://www.science.mcmaster. ca/med...lines/1E03.pdf
As a side note, does anyone know how good M. FARQUHARSON is as a professor?

I doubt anyone's going to know firsthand...but from what I've heard, Med Phys has a lot of wave physics in it...so things like Electricity and Magnetism, X-Rays, PET scans, and you'd probably do some heavier particle physics to examine how such things work...so things like radioactive decay, pair production (which all involve radiation).

If you're interested in anything I just said, it's probably a great course for you (And Med Physics may be a great program for you).

It's a brand new introductory course that's never been taught before! Medical physics is quite exciting though . Hope you take it!
