A Message From Jerimi Jones
What's Up Everyone? Soooo, there has been some really big developments in the past couple days and it's really a lot for me to take in right now. First, I'd like to say thanks to everyone who voted. Even if you didn't vote for me, the voter turnout increased since last year by approximately 600 votes so at least the apathy's decreasing a little. Secondly, I have to give a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU UGE (some more Soulja Boy for ya) shout out to all those people who saw me fit to be President for the upcoming year. I really appreciate each vote because as you can see, this balloting process has shown very clearly that every vote really does count. I'll do my best to make you and every other student of McMaster proud. (As a random aside, expect to see P Diddy influenced Vote or Die T-Shirts next year). Third, I have to shout out the other Presidential Candidates. We saw a lot of each other over the past week and a half and it was a good battle. Thanks for the experience.
The results are still preliminary right now so we shall see what kind of drama unfolds in the next week or so, but for now, J Jones is the President-Elect of the M-S-YOOOUUUUUUUU and I'll keep living that up. Assuming all goes well, I have some huge plans for a celebration but more info will come after the final results are released.
