Minimum Units Spring/Summer Session
I've heard that the maximum number of units you're aloud is 12 units ( 6 units per term ), but what's the minimum number of units you can take during the Spring/Summer Session? And if you were to pick 6 units for the summer, could you do them both in one term, rather than have 3 units each in term 1 and term 2?

thanks

There is no minimum, and you can take them whenever you want.

There's no minimum, you can take no summer courses, you can take 3 units, 6 units, 9 units or up to 12 units. Also, you can take 6 units in the same term or different terms depending on when the course is offered, or when you want to take it if it's offered in more than one term.

Just wanted to add in that you can get a course overload for the summer if there's a legitimate reason for it; I had 15 units for most of the summer. You'd have to go talk to an advisor to get that done though.
