For selecting the second year program in solar my only option is engineering I I was wondering when the second year program would show up since on the grade report has shown I've been accepted for 2nd year.

You select next year's program when you register for fall/winter courses. If it's not showing up, then contact them.

Registration on Solar opens on June 14th at 12:00 am for people going into second year engineering

At that point in time, you will have the option of picking a program before SOLAR lets you into pick courses.
