MMEDIA 1B03 (The Digital Image)...any thoughts?
Ok, so I've been looking into possible electives to take in first year and a particular multimedia course caught my eye. It's called THE DIGITAL IMAGE (MMEDIA 1BO3). I've been thinking of either taking this multimedia course as well as another three unit course or Introductory Spanish which is a six unit course. I would love if someone could give me some insight into the multimedia course I mentioned.
thanks , and here's the course description:
MMEDIA 1B03 THE DIGITAL IMAGE
An introduction to design and visual communication, with emphasis on creating and critiquing digital images. Students will use photo-imaging and web design software in order to complete design assignments.

I agree, it does sound like an interesting course! I'm thinking of taking it myself.

Hey, I've taken both 1A and 1B multimedia and they were both great classes (and easy).
If you want to learn how to use Dreamweaver and Photoshop, I'd take 1B...plus if you get Prof. Hamilton, he always shows interesting video's.
Hope this helps = )

ya I should have mentioned that..my friend, who is in fourth year, wanted to sign up for both mmedia 1a and 1b, but they were full right off the bat...i'm thinking that they reserve a certain amount of spots for first years, because if you want to major in mmedia, you need both first year classes
