Most disturbing anime you have ever seen?
The worst I have seen was Genocyber. It was so gory. There were (Spoilers) kids being torn apart by bullets.

Watashi ga motenai no wa dou kangaete mo omaera ga warui!
Yahari ore no seishun love come wa machigatteiro(and the one above depict school life in a depressing manner, albeit accurately).

@davidchatman, dude we are talking about anime, not hentai LOL bible black~. I'd have to say higurashi is pretty tough to watch, if you're talking about mangas that will mess with your feelings i'd say sundome is pretty hard to read too...
