They told me at fall preview that all bunk & loft get a fridge.

Unless for some reason they changed it this year...

Yep, same! The Moulton CA/IRC rep both said that for the past few years, fridges hve been provided in the bunk/loft and quads. So, they definitely should be this year as well, especially since nothing oposing that has been mentionned to any of them
