msaf
So I just submitted msaf for an assignment yesterday. I emailed my TA right after and he replied with telling me to bring the msaf form to the next tutorial. Is there a hard copy? Or does that mean I have to provide additional documents?

They are probably referring to the email you received after you filled out your form, stating the course work, nature of missed work and instructor's name(s), etc
