One or two MSAF?
How many MSAF can I sumbit per term?

Everyone keeps saying it is two requests per term, but on the website http://www.mcmaster.ca/msaf/ it says one.

Hopefully someone can clarify, thanks in advance

You can use one MSAF per term. But, basically within the five days that you would be reporting an illness or generally not writing any tests or such, one MSAF would account for all the absences. I am not encouraging to do this, but just telling that this is how it is being done this year.

Isn't that how it was done last year?

Also, this year's absence form can only be used towards (non-final) exams/assignments worth ≤30%.

It's unfortunate that you'll have to do all but one of your assignments/tests this year.
