Normally I'm pretty sympathetic, but you couldn't even be bothered to figure out what day the midterm was/is and you went off a (possibly outdated) course outline? Do you even go to class?
Secondly, you only get one legitimate MSAF (online submission) per term.
Third, anything exceeding this requires you to contact your faculty.
So to answer your question, if you have "MSAF"'d twice(?) already, then no: MSAF will not be valid for tomorrow. Depending on how your professor deals with MSAFs, he may accept multiple (or if not via MSAF, something you can arrange with him) deferrals. The important thing is that you actually speak to him in person.
It sounds like you're massively abusing the MSAF system... which is fine... but try not to explain things as you have here should you talk to a faculty person or said professor.
edit: and like Plinkett said, you must wait till at least the day you want to use this online form for. Can't MSAF into the future.
