MSAF over a weekend?
Hello,

I was curious if I was able to use an MSAF from a thursday to monday (over a weekend) since it covers 5 'sick' days. If so, how would I fill out the form, just in a normal fashion?

Just fill it out as you'd do it normally
Make sure to indicate the dates correctly (ex. Thurs to Mon)

Cheers,
